1) 4 - 6 - Leg quarters with bones, with or without skin
2) 2 tbsp - Chilli paste
3) 3 - tbsp- Tandoori paste
4)2 tbsp- Curry paste
5) 2 tbsp- Garam Masala
6) 3 tbsp- Red Chilli powder
7) fresh, ground - Rosemary
8) Salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE SPICY TANDOORI CHICKEN:
step1 - Mix the pastes and powders with a 3: 1 lime juice/water ratio in a bowl and add the chicken. Mix well with the masala step2 - Marinate for 6 -12 hours in the fridge. step3 - Then pre-heat the grill to 450F. step4 - Place chicken on the high rack in the grill for 17-20 mins. step5 - Flip the chicken until second side is golden brown. step6 - Serve hot.
